Your district's partnership with RVA provides access to a variety of free professional development training and curriculum resources. We are excited to continue developing these offerings each year based on feedback from partner districts.
Our Growing Connections series came from a desire for educators to find ways to make positive, meaningful connections on the heels of the pandemic when students and staff often felt isolated.
Rebecca Lewis Pankratz will be with us the 1st Wednesday Oct-Dec from 3:30-4:30 to talk about Trauma-Informed Care
Dave Stuart Jr will be with us the 1st Wednesday of Jan - March @ 3:30 to talk about Student and Teacher Motivation
Our curriculum training sessions are designed to provide a detailed overview of the many options available and to start using these programs with a high level of comfort and ease.
We train about Aleks (K12 Math), Reading Eggs & Math Seeds (K6 Reading and Math), Neo (EL Support), Nessy (Dyslexia Support), Odysseyware (Credit Recovery), and Buzz (online content), and Blended Classroom Design, among others. Contact us for more information.
