Brain Builders 2026:
The Chain Reaction Challenge

Unleash your student's inner engineer! This dynamic, hands-on STEM event is designed for upper elementary (3rd–5th grade) and middle school students. Throughout the day, participants will take part in a series of interactive challenges that build critical-thinking skills, enhance problem-solving abilities, and ignite creativity.

This year, we’re diving into Rube Goldberg Machines, the ultimate inventive engineering challenge! Students will explore how energy, gravity, motion, and simple machines trigger a complex cause-and-effect chain. Working in teams, they’ll design and build their own multi-step contraptions that roll, swing, and trigger, all to complete a fun final task.

Join us for a day of creative engineering, teamwork, and dynamic challenges that will leave students excited about the endless possibilities of STEM.
