Virtual 6-Week Book Study!
The Challenge
In the early 2010s, adolescent mental health began to plummet. Rates of depression, anxiety, and self-harm soared. Why? Social psychologist Jonathan Haidt argues that we have witnessed a "Great Rewiring" of childhood—a shift from a play-based childhood to a phone-based childhood.
As educators, we see the front-line effects of this shift every day in our classrooms: declining attention spans, social fragmentation, and a rise in student fragility. But how do we push back?
The Opportunity
Join us for a six-week immersive book study of Jonathan Haidt’s The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood Is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness. This isn't just a reading group; it’s a collaborative think-tank designed for educators who want to understand the "why" and lead the "how" in reclaiming our students' mental well-being and focus.
